- Participant name and date of birth
- Parent/guardian name and contact information
- Email address and phone number
- Emergency contact information
- Volunteer registration information
- Photographs or media recordings (with parental consent)
- Website form submissions or inquiries
Personal information is collected solely for legitimate organizational purposes, including:
- Volunteer administration and coordination
- Event planning and communication
- Ensuring participant safety
- Emergency response when necessary
- Publishing approved photos or content with written parental consent
For participants under the age of 18, personal information is collected only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Consent may be withdrawn at any time in writing, subject to legal or contractual restrictions.
