BC Children and Youth Connection Society Terms & Conditions

Participation in Society programs and events is voluntary. For participants under the age of 18, written parental or legal guardian consent is required prior to participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Society shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in Society activities or use of its website, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

All content published by the Society, including text, logos, graphics, and materials, remains the property of the Society unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced without permission.

Photographs or media recordings of participants may be used for promotional or informational purposes only with prior written parental consent for minors.

Personal information is collected and managed in accordance with the Society’s Privacy Policy.

The Society reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Society’s website with the revised date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
