NeuroVoices is a public speaking program that helps neurodivergent students build confidence and clarity in communication. Through structured practice and supportive guidance, students learn to organize their thoughts, express ideas clearly, and speak in ways that feel natural and authentic.

NeuroVoices respects each student’s individual communication style. Rather than changing how students express themselves, the program focuses on building the skills and confidence needed to ensure their voices are heard—comfortably, authentically, and on their own terms.

NeuroVoices creates real opportunities for neurodivergent students to share their voices beyond the classroom. In 2026, participants will be invited to the International Youth Forum on Healthy Minds, where they can speak alongside youth from around the world, exchange perspectives, and contribute to global conversations on issues that matter to them.

Neurodiversity describes the natural differences in how people’s brains work, recognizing that there is no single “correct” way to think, learn, or experience the world.
The concept emerged in the 1990s as a social justice movement to promote acceptance, inclusion, and equality for people with neurological differences.
